Maintenance, Enhancements and Support (MES) Service
We strongly recommend that you purchase annual (12-month) maintenance, enhancements and support (MES) service for the software. MES Service provides you with the following:
1. Immediate email notification and downloads of all maintenance releases (bug fixes and minor changes) for the Virtualwind software.
2. Free access to all enhancements to the software and immediate email notification of enhancements. Virtualwind customers who have not purchased MES Service will be required to purchase new software licenses in order to receive enhancements.
3. Direct email access to Virtualwind technical support, with email response within 2 working days.
If you buy the first year of Maintenance Enhancements and Support (MES) Service at the same time as your Software License, you will save 33% off the regular cost of MES shown below. If you do not purchase MES Service at the same time as your initial software license, the regular prices for MES Service will be as follows. Please note that your MES license will expire at the same time as the software license that you previously purchased:
